Shipping/Handling Charges: These charges are based on the total weight of the order as packed for shipping, and are calculated in US pounds. The type of product ordered determines packaging and shipping requirements. Our order form allows customers to choose their shipping preferences. At the time the order is finalized, we will provide a tracking number for your shipment. Estimated delivery times are given on the Order Form. If the order is to a country outside of the USA and shipping information is not calculated, we will contact the customer with the correct shipping and handling information before the order is shipped.
Insurance: All items shipped will be insured for their replacement value plus the cost of shipping.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged for items shipped to Washington locations.
When We Ship: Orders are normally filled within two to three business days. You will be contacted if an item is temporarily out of stock, and your item(s) will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Please inspect the external appearance of all packages immediately upon delivery!
If the package in which your product was shipped
arrives in such a condition that the product is likely to have been
damaged, do not open the package. Refuse shipment and contact Jensen
Artworks immediately to alert us to the problem and receive proper
instructions.
Return Policy: All products from Jensen Artworks carry a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, if returned in original condition, packaged in the original manner, and in the original shipping container. The following instructions apply:

Return credit: A check will be provided for items purchased by check or money order.

Return notification: You must contact us by phone or email prior to returning your merchandise in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. If possible, provide us with your tracking number. Any returns received without prior notification may be refused.

Shipping instructions: The customer is responsible for the condition of all returned items. All merchandise returned to Jensen Artworks damaged as a result of return shipping will not be credited. To avoid this inconvenience, please use the original shipping container(s), package it in the same manner, and purchase insurance for all return packages.

Shipping charges: Shipping and insurance charges are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable. The customer must pay return shipping charges and insurance unless it was our shipping error.

Commissioned/special order items: Commissioned work and Special Order Items are refundable under the terms of the original contract agreement. Please contact us for further details on these items.
